These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Shift2Growth Healthcare Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), including our SMS (text messaging) program. By using our services or consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
We provide business services to our clients and prospective clients. The specific scope, fees, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement between you and us. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement and govern general use of our communications, including our SMS program.
The following terms apply to our SMS program. Please read them carefully.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Shift2Growth Healthcare Systems. These include service-related messages such as meeting reminders and follow-up messages.
You will only receive text messages from us if you have provided your mobile number and given consent to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Where consent is collected through a form, providing a phone number and agreeing to receive texts is optional.
Message frequency varies. You can typically expect 1–4 messages per month, depending on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use our services and communications lawfully and not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, or use them to harass or harm others.
Our services and communications are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shift2Growth Healthcare Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or communications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
